Michael A. Lindberg
Founder and Managing Partner
After graduating Eckerd College with a BA in Economics, Mike has spent 38 years in the insurance and managed care service industry beginning with Aetna, followed by 10 years at Genex, and then 25 years building successful companies as an “owner/operator,” President, and CEO of 3 national managed care firms (Options, National Healthcare Resources and MCMC LLC) prior to launching Triton Healthcare Partners in 2017. Mike is involved in the strategic market positioning, business development activity and financing of Triton Healthcare Partners.
Curt Neel
President and Operating Partner
Curt has 30 years’ experience in insurance, health plan management, network contracting and operations with Prudential, Multiplan, MCMC LLC, and OJ Medtech. During his 10 year tenure at MCMC, Curt ran provider recruitment and oversaw vendor service relationships, handling over 50 network partner and vendor service contracts. Provider and vendor contracting was coordinated with managed care, integrated services and medical bill review relative to the network discounts and repricing. Curt is responsible for Triton Healthcare Partners’ business operations, contracting and corporate administration.
Rich Pappa
Chief Information Officer
Over the past 33 years, Rich developed and implemented the managed care service and bill review platforms at Options, National Healthcare Resources and MCMC LLC. He was responsible for the technology development, architecture and implementation of case, claims and medical bill processing systems. Rich designed this technology to efficiently handle medical management services and bill processing. Rich then launched CloudWorx and serves as Triton Healthcare Partners’ Chief Information Officer. He was engaged in 2018 to develop Triton’s provider database management model and network optimization processing platform.
James Stover
Chief Technology Officer
James has 20 years of experience, having built an operating platform previously acquired by MCMC, creating an integrated ancillary service offering for processing case referrals and medical bills. The platform was utilized by claims, managed care and bill review service for preferred vendor selection and network savings. James oversees technology development, EDI interfaces, data management and implementation of strategic network partners for Triton Healthcare Partners, including database management through the CloudWorx processing solution.
Sarah Zoccolante
VP Client Services
After graduating from Boston College, Sarah gained 20 years of experience at MCMC LLC and most recently The Mentor Network. At MCMC, Sarah worked closely with the senior executive team overseeing Human Resources, working on operations and sales initiatives, while performing due diligence and integration of 15 companies. Sarah is involved in client/partner relationships, reporting and data analytics, strategic marketing, and corporate business development.
Mark Farrell
Executive Partner,
Strategic Relationships
After graduating Muhlenberg College, Mark has spent 34 years in the insurance and managed care service industry. He was the President of Intracorp, and held executive roles at Coventry and Cigna. Mark will be involved in strategic relationships, expanding network services and facilitating continued network platform growth in the workers’ comp, auto and group health markets.
Matt McCue
VP Operations
Matt has 20 years of operations experience in the workers’ compensation industry, having worked with such companies as MCMC LLC, York Risk Services and Sedgwick. Matt oversaw customer service for MCMC ancillary operations, including order intake and product fulfillment as well as process management and IT systems integration. For Triton Healthcare Partners PPO, Ancillary and Specialty network, Matt is responsible for customer service and work flow and payment process management, including new client implementation and existing client utilization reporting and vendor contract support.
